Patrick Slingsby

I graduated from the University of Chester studying BSc biology with honours, achieving a 2:1 grade in 2021. Following my graduation I entered employed at Alderley Park, Catapult Lighthouse Laboratories, Performing PCR Covid 19 tests. During my time there I experienced first-hand the inner workings of a professional and quickly evolving laboratory environment processing human tissue samples. Following this I have found a passion for Immuno-oncology, and went on to study MSc Clinical immunology at the University of Manchester. With my experience and my passion for learning I hope progress into the field of immune-oncology and contribute to ground-breaking research.
