About Paul Blagdon:
Managerial, Sales and Customer Service
I have been a manger of teams of up to 20 people and with that comes the experience of manpower scheduling and coordinating all aspects of people administration.
Whilst in the sales department I would meet with local authorities, architects, building merchants and builders to promote the sales of gas equipment. This included the promotion consultancy service in the design of domestic and commercial heating systems.
I was at one time a customer service training officer. My prime duties were to travel throughout the North East giving training seminars to staff in customer service requirements.
I have the many years of interrogating and understanding large technical data sets and of using many software packages.
Most recently I have been employed by Wren kitchens and have gained a good insight to kitchen design and customer requirements where I have very much enjoyed the customer interactions.
