At Not Actual Size, I successfully led always-on editorial strategies for Dove Men+Care, generating over 20K monthly site visits through my understanding of the brand’s positioning, its customers' needs, and how to bridge the gap with informative and engaging content, underpinned by an optimised customer journey across all touchpoints. I also developed and sustained strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Global Heads of Brands and influencers, offering strategic counsel and in-depth reporting that bolstered client satisfaction and supported business objectives.

I was also responsible for overseeing the community management for Dove and Dove Men+Care’s social channels, which boast a combined audience of over 27 million. I played a key role in the end-to-end project management of product and purpose-driven e-commerce campaigns that increased customer engagement and drove product sales. This included developing content strategies, planning editorial calendars, and working closely with key stakeholders to report on campaign outcomes, evaluate their success, and ensure alignment with broader business goals.

Experience

With extensive experience managing social media, content creation, and client relationships, I have consistently delivered impactful results across multiple industries. At Not Actual Size, I oversaw community and social media management for Dove Men+Care, engaging an audience of over 27 million across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. My always-on editorial strategies drove over 20K monthly site visits, contributing to increased sales by crafting social-first, omnichannel content plans that enhanced the customer journey and boosted brand visibility.

I also led e-commerce and digital marketing projects from conception to completion, cultivating strong relationships with global stakeholders through strategic counsel and detailed reporting that improved satisfaction and retention. By leveraging cultural insights, I implemented innovative strategies that enhanced campaign relevance and brand engagement across all channels.

At The Future Factory, I was a principal liaison between my agency clients and high-profile brands such as Nokia, Lindt, Microsoft Xbox, and Swizzels Matlow. I successfully secured partnerships, identified new business opportunities, and exceeded client expectations. My role included aligning business strategies with client goals, conducting market research to pinpoint sales opportunities and industry trends, and delivering compelling product and service solutions to prospective brands. These experiences reinforced my ability to adapt to diverse client needs while consistently delivering high-quality outcomes.

At Happy Ending Agency, I honed my writing and content optimisation skills. I created engaging product copy tailored to diverse audiences, applied SEO best practices, and delivered polished, high-quality commercial content.

While working at Latch, I managed press outreach for music clients, including Warner and Universal signees. I was responsible for generating impactful media coverage and managing targeted email campaigns. My ability to adapt strategies to industry trends and client needs has been a hallmark of my work.

As a Social Media and PR Intern at HUE Agency, I also managed the growth of Instagram and Twitter for their sister agency, Black Femme Film.  I developed and executed a content strategy aligned with the brand’s voice and visual identity, which led to an increase of 600+ followers on Twitter and 327+ on Instagram within the first four weeks of daily posting. I grew their audience by over 2,000 Twitter followers and 2,100 Instagram followers during my tenure. I also played a key role in executing the promotional PR campaign for Amazon’s Coming 2 America, overseeing influencer outreach and talent bookings to deliver the high-profile project on a £50K budget.
