With over 20 years in business, improving the performance and profitability of the organisations I've represented through effective procurement and operational improvement, I understand just how much opportunity there is for improvement in most businesses, even those that feel they are in control. I help CEO's, MD's and directors to assess their current status, understand the opportunities and ultimately maximise their profit.

Professional procurement is massively important to a business because it manages all of your expenditure. It's still massively undervalued and this is always to the detriment of the business.

Experience

With over 20 years in procurement I recognise the significant issues the industry faces and have built a business to help organisations avoid these issues and allow them to build the world class procurement function they need. 

Having spent many years in under resourced and undervalued procurement functions, I have had to deliver exceptional performance and transformational improvement to gain recognition for and investment in procurement. I now want to use this experience to help organisation accelerate their transition to world class procurement and in the process optimise their performance operationally and commercially.

I have experience both in Public and Private Sector setting and have in-depth experience in many sectors, including:
