A highly experienced PMO Specialist who had built a successful PMO from the ground up. Implementing long term strategies underpinned with measures and structures to enable a successful PMO team. 

I work with stakeholders to demonstrate the value of the function and achieve buy in. I make sure I implement services that are efficient and sustainable and make sure a balance between delivery and governance is kept to ensure that delivery value is maximised. 

I am skilled in a range of tools. From Excel through to the MS Power Platform. 

I have successfully implemented portfolio management tools and maximised the value of them. Enhancing them where possible, through the use of bespoke reporting tools or process improvements. 

I'm often called upon to consult with and assist others in areas where I have innovated/specialised enabling me to build strong relationships and grow other areas I come into contact with.

I have been working within the PMO world for the last 15 years. I am seen as a valuable asset within my organisation. This is due to my ability to apply concepts and strategy into measurable objectives and communicate them to key stakeholders.

In my time I have successfully created strategies for the PMO. Implemented PPM tooling, delivered efficiencies whilst promoting the value of a PMO function. 

I am able to produce reports and metrics for projects, programmes and portfolios ensuring they are fit for purpose for the audience. I have also developed the resource profiling of projects and applied governance around the pipeline of change to ensure that there is full visibility of change and it's impacts. 

I am qualified in the principles of project management with a Prince 2 qualification. 

I also have a qualification in Managing Successful Programmes and P3O.

I am trained in MS Power BI.

I also have a number of leadership courses gained over the years.
