I have a diverse and extensive background in the culinary and hospitality industry, having honed my skills in various roles such as a kitchen assistant in a care home, a waiter at a restaurant, and a dessert chef at a dessert shop.

Aldridge Court Care Home - Kitchen Assistant at a Care Home: In this role, I developed a strong foundation in food preparation and kitchen management. I ensured that all meals were prepared to meet the specific dietary requirements and preferences of residents, emphasizing both nutritional value and taste. My responsibilities included assisting the head chef, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, managing inventory, and adhering to strict health and safety standards. My experience here has ingrained a meticulous attention to detail and a compassionate approach to catering for the elderly.

Royal Punjab - Waiter at a Restaurant: As a waiter, I excelled in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. I was responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. Level 4 - Higher National Certificate (HNC): Progressing to Level 4, I pursued a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Protected Services.
