I also played a pivotal role in Agile practices, actively engaging in Scrum meetings to ensure seamless project communication and alignment with business goals, even supervising and onboarding new team members for enhanced productivity. In my role at IS Technology, I optimized website performance by implementing Multer middleware and integrating third-party cloud storage solutions. I conducted rigorous testing of API endpoints and restructured the MongoDB database, prioritizing a well-structured, modular, and easily maintainable codebase. My entrepreneurial spirit led me to found PSRS Gamesr, where I developed and launched a successful game, focusing on performance optimization through concurrency and memory management, and integrating features like Google Play Services.
