System Support Engineer
Softlabs Infotech Private Limited – Oct 2022 – till date

Responsibilities:

 Manage joiners, movers, and leavers process.
 Create user accounts and provision required access as per request.
 Created and manage new user sop, departure sop and new user requests forms.
 Departing users’ procedure: disabling access for the users and deleting user account via active directory, update inventory sheet.
 Work with Help Desk to determine and resolve incidents received from user and including associated validated systems.
 Maintain accurate information and data regarding hardware equipment and software licenses usages within the spreadsheets according to policies and standards.
 When unable to resolve, escalate to onsite/second or third level in accordance with Help Desk escalation processes.

Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

 Provided comprehensive 1st line support for a network comprising over 300 users within a single domain, both static and mobile users, both deskside and remote support where required.
 Performed on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop problems for end-users, including off-site repair for remote users as needed.
 Standardized workstation infrastructure, provide upgrade for old machines, assisted in moving infrastructure from one office to another.
 Build full PC’s and installing and configuring Windows XP OS
 Windows 7/XP support, processed break/fix, user account support and administration via Active directory.
