Project: Predicting Maternal Health Risk using Machine Learning

To develop a predictive model for assessing the risk of maternal health issues using the Maternal Health Risk Data Set. This project aims to identify high-risk patients early and provide insights to healthcare providers to improve maternal health outcomes and child safety.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• A Collected and cleaned the Maternal Health Risk Data Set, ensuring high-quality data by addressing missing values and outliers.
• Analysed heart rate and other variables using statistical methods and visualizations to uncover key patterns.
• Developed and evaluated regression, ANN, SVM, random forest, decision tree, and GLM models to predict maternal health risks.
