1. Entry Management: Oversaw the meticulous processing and categorization of over 100 creative entries from global participants on a daily basis, ensuring each submission met the festival's stringent criteria and standards for creative excellence.

Problem Resolution: Acted as the primary liaison for the entrants globally, providing timely and effective solutions to a wide range of entry-related queries; shared knowledge about the latest trends and standards within the creative industries, with Cannes Lions Awards recognized internationally as the pinnacle of creative achievement within the advertising and creative industries.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Engaged with various departments, leveraging strong organizational and communication skills to facilitate the seamless operation of the awards process.

1. MKT campaigns: Collaboratively work with other departments like marketing, sales, and product development to create coordinated campaigns, including Medical Worker’s Day, Mid-autumn Campaign, Double 11 Shopping Festival, China International Import Expo.
2. Data Analysis: Collected and organized data, including exposure, engagement, conversion rate, GMV and user behaviour to monitor the performance of our feeds. For example, I used “Oceanengine” to measure performance on TikTok.
3. Website Curation: Verified the accuracy of the creative output and generated ideas for stories, features and shopping pages, working in cooperation with the agency "Zhixiang”
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translated legal documents, ingredients table and product brochures to help the communication between different departments.
