I chose to make a career change last year, after working in sales and marketing and qualified as a health & Wellness Coach. I have always been a passionate coach and mentor in all of my roles and decided that to fulfill my true purpose I could combine that with my love of health and fitness. This way I can help others to live their best lives. I love building new relationships and partnering with people to empower them to reach and maintain their health goals. I believe health is necessary for vitality, longevity, and well-being. I am a runner, triathlete, tennis, gym, and yoga fan…basically, I am passionate about sports! The course I certified in built on the foundations and awareness I already had for nutrition, fitness, wellness, and healthy aging concepts.  I am keen to work for a Company with the same values and passions and to use my skills to help others. I am very adept with digital tech and apps. I am looking for a role that is remote-based (I live in Brighton an hour from London), and which is flexible but I am also a responsive and highly organized person. I would welcome the chance to discuss how I can help Simba to progress your vision further, and how I can in return fulfill my purpose.  

I have worked in various marketing and corporate sales roles for private equity, and public companies. Over the last 20 years, I have progressed up the career ladder, starting as a marketing assistant when I left University, to regional and channel management positions, and then to a European sales director role. At every step, I have learned how to coach and get the best out of people. I worked in different industries from cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, plastics, and digital industrial automation. During the pandemic, I spent time reflecting on how happy I truly was, and how I could combine my passion for health and fitness with my coaching experience. This led me to start a health coach diploma in Oct '21. Since qualifying, I have been coaching unpaid private clients to build my experience. I trained in the application of the wheel of life, GROW, and SMART goals. The course built on the foundations I already had, however, I am also flexible in learning new coaching methods and approaches.
