I am a kind, genuine person who really loves to learn new skills. I learnt a lot of new skills and knowledge and would love the opportunity to develop this further within a new setting. I have undertook annual training courses through the Care Skills Academy, to make sure my skills are up to date to provide care to the required standards and practices. I like to change my career to work with children setting. I need to the hours to work around my daughter.

• Within my role as Care Assistant in a 10-bed residential care home, I was responsible for supporting and looking after the residents, ensuring they get the highest level of personal care and emotional support.
• Setting up mealtimes, served food and helped to feed residents who struggled to feed themselves.
• Communicating with the rest of the team to ensure the residents get the best level of care, ensuring their daily care plan were kept up to date.
