Hi,

I am a passionate hard working individual seeking to make a difference in every endeavour I undertake. I have around 13 years of experience in the IT industry mainly as a business analyst specializing in Scrum framework. The technical experience that I garnered in the beginning few years of my career has helped me get a good understanding of the technical aspects of IT delivery enabling me to contribute towards bridging the gap between the business and technical teams.  

I chose to take a voluntary break in the last 4 years to dedicate my time to my two young kids. During this time I explored teaching other young kids exploring and focusing on topics that are not covered in school curriculum. As my children are getting more independent I would like to get back to the industry while maintaining a good work life balance and I hope to bring in the right mindset and add value to  the organization I engage with.
