I have worked as an administrative assistant for a local charity and non-charitable organisations that provide advice, advocacy, and practical support. In this role, I have developed skills in managing databases, producing reports, handling inquiries, and liaising with external agencies. I have also gained an understanding of the issues and challenges faced by this client group, as well as the relevant policies and legislation.
