• Introduced the first test automation framework to the company. Set up framework using Serenity-BDD, Page-Object-Model, Selenium, JUnit, Java, Maven.
• Have made demos that explain the framework and the test reports that get produced.
• Learning the world of Oracle cloud applications and creating methods to make working on test automation on these applications more efficient and reduce the coding effort required.

• Set up test automation frameworks using Java, Serenity-BDD framework, Page-Object-Model, Selenium Remote Webdriver with BrowserStack integration, JUnit and Maven.
• Have worked on a project where we have delivered a bespoke web solution following GDS standards for executing CRUD operations on records held in a third party database. Was on this project from the start and have successfully delivered this product. Was the sole automation engineer on this project and have set up the test framework in the style mentioned above. Carried out manual functional testing using the Zephyr plugin in Jira to script and execute test steps within a test cycle.
• Have worked on a project that involves using an COTS product to deliver a solution for record management. Project involved a Kanban style of working. Was the sole automation engineer on this and have set up a framework in the style mentioned earlier.
• Carried out accessibility testing following the WCAG 2.1 guidelines. Used assistive technologies such as screen readers.
• Provide support for the NFT testing - Performance, OAT, Pen Testing.
• Was the lead tester for an Agile web development project where most members were at a beginner level for their role. This allowed me to take what I learnt on my other projects and implement that here such as the Jira workflows, creating the test plan, structure of confluence pages, how acceptance criteria on story tickets can be written and various other best practices for different roles within the project.
• Have been a project mentor for QAT interns who have then been successful with their application for the HEO Test Engineer role.

Role: SDET Technical Consultant (July 2019 - January 2021)

• 18 month placement at the Home Office.
• Helped set up the test automation framework for a data migration project. 
• Implemented a Serenity Reporting solution that captures all the failures, count of files that failed and count of failures in a file. All in a neat format for thousands of files.
• Carried manual functional testing of CRUD operations on Oracle database.
• Worked on front end automation for a project that involves building a bespoke website for case working and investigation purposes.
• Setup Jenkins declarative pipeline to integrate test automation into CI/CD pipeline.
• Using Jenkins to execute regression pack in chosen environment.
