My dissertation explored the dynamics of Customer Loyalty in online shopping, showcasing my ability to conduct in-depth research and analyze consumer behavior. Prior to this, I earned a Bachelor's in Marketing from the University of Mumbai, where I gained foundational knowledge in areas such as Business Economics, Advertising, Business Law, and Commerce.
