I have all the assets that will allow me to succeed in the role that you will entrust to me. Motivation, rigour and listening are the keywords of my professional behaviour. Highly interested, I would like to put at your service my administrative skills and my bilingual office automation knowledge. Having been a flight attendant for British Airways for 16 years, I have developed strong skills in customer reception & conflict management. This is an asset when it comes to working on the front line and being the point of contact for unhappy customers.

After ten years as an administrative and financial manager, in a company based in London. My experience as an administrative manager has allowed me to acquire all the knowledge necessary for the proper execution of the tasks of the position to be filled. I am dynamic, hardworking, meticulous, focused on details and committed, with a great sense of responsibility. Regularly confronted with the vagaries of the profession, I can respond to the unexpected in complete autonomy. Endowed with an excellent level of interpersonal skills and communication, I learned to work in a group while being autonomous. I have developed a great sense of organization and acquired real rigour in the application of procedures and the rapid learning of new software (D@ccord: Ministry of Labour). Knowing how to follow a relentless and methodical pace of work, I know how to implement emergency protocols effectively. I think I was able to confirm these skills during my experience at the DREETS Occitanie in Toulouse (Ministry of Labour) from July 1, 2020, to December 31, 2021, within the SCT UD31 service.  As a company agreement filing manager, I acquired a good knowledge of public service procedures. During many months of work, I was able to develop a civic sense in the work of institutions and perfect my administrative experience.
