Rebecca Warren
Government / Military
About Rebecca Warren:
I have over 20 years of experience across engineering and defence, with a particular focus on maritime. I build cohesive, high-performing teams and use them to deliver results wherever they are needed. I bring an eye for the strategic picture and a relentless focus on the bottom line, backed up by demonstrable experience in business development, operations and finance. I am at my best in demanding, high-pressure environments when spinning multiple plates and actively seek out new challenges.
My recent achievements range from playing a key role in negotiating a c£7Bn engineering contract, to working across multiple government departments and internationally to secure safe evacuation routes for Afghan refugees after the fall of Kabul. I have worked in industry, central government and the military and am now seeking new opportunities where my leadership skills can make a genuine difference.
