Talent Partner
Lumanity- previously Cello Health (left to go on mat leave)-London
February 2022 to August 2024
Lumanity are a company who specialise in the Life Sciences field. Their growth has happened not only
from their success predominantly within Client Services but also by acquiring related, smaller companies
globally.
As a Talent Partner my role was to partner with a specific area of the business, building solid working
relationships with hiring managers and leads within my area and ensuring all roles are managed and filled
within the given time frame. During my time I successfully implemented a solid recruitment process,
subsequently seeing improvements in our hiring journey across my practice areas.
I was handed two very niche areas of the business. These were “The Leith Agency” and “Stripe
Communications” these are both separate companies which focus on PR and Digital Marketing along with
health focused roles in other areas of the business.
Some of my duties were:
• Managing the ATS, ensuring it is fully up to date (I’m most familiar with Workable, ICIMS, bullhorn)
• Providing a total recruitment experience for my hiring managers, this included an initial briefing call,
plan of recruitment which was tailored to each role, regular updates with HM, taking full ownership of
the candidate shortlisting from application/ interviews and offers or rejections
• Using LinkedIn, carrying out complex Boolean searches, creating pipelines and various projects
particularly for harder to fill roles
• Implementing a recruitment process for my two practice areas, working inline with wider company
guidance
• Getting involved in wider areas of the business, providing my support on roles I may be less familiar with
• Eliminating full use of external agencies. In my time here not a single role went to external agency
which meant external recruitment spend was zero
• Ensuring candidate experience was a smooth and enjoyable process.

Gripple are a Sheffield based manufacturing company, specialising in products used
in agriculture and construction. They are a Global company with offices based in
the UK, Chicago, Japan, France and Japan. I oversaw recruitment in all locations,
taking a hands approach to recruitment in all offices.
I was employed in 2018 when the HR Director made the decision to bring recruitment
in- house. This was therefore a newly created position.
Main duties of my role here were as follows;
• Providing and end to end recruitment cycle from advertising roles, interviewing, completing contracts
and new employee on-boarding
• Streamlining recruitment across the company, this meant liaising with multiple site managers across
the UK and global offices
• Understanding how to utilise social media as a recruitment tool, for example working with marketing
to uniform job roles advertised, using Linkedin, generating
multiple pipelines of candidates
• Implementing and conducting recruitment training, this ensured recruitment was the same across all
sites
• Implementing a global recruitment strategy which worked in line with the overall company vision. I
worked closely with the Senior Leadership team to understand how each office in different locations will
grow, a recruitment strategy was built around this.
• Leading the Graduate recruitment scheme, this included strategic advertising and building relationships
with Universities, attending recruitment fares, presenting at spotlight events for specific roles, producing
marketing material.
My approach ensured the highest number of graduate applications to the programme
since it had began with over 500 applicants to the scheme. I shortlisted and
worked closely witht he wider team to plan out the assessement day for the
Graduate programme.
• Building relationships with managers and directors, ensuring these relationship's were nurtured.
Providing training to department Team leads so that understood the process were working toward with
future new hires. .

saving me time and money overall

and what the overall company vision was.
• understanding individual departments and promoting internal movement and progression. I worked
closely with different divisions and encouraged internal movement of staff depending on what their skill
