• I possess practical communication skills in talking to customers to discover their likes and dislikes. Delegating jobs to employees, setting them tasks and goals for the day to work effectively as part of a team. In my 12 years in the army, I have pushed myself to the limits and also gained many life skills, such as working under pressure during the Afghanistan war and having to complete tasks whilst during firefights. I have worked effectively as a team and as part of a seven-man team have patrolled 
8-mile radius searching disused buildings and ensuring safety for residents to return to their homes. I have set up an observation point to watch the enemy and used intelligence to plan for possible eventualities whilst deployed on operations in Afghanistan in 2012 & Estonia in 2017. I have also been deployed to Canada, USA, Germany, Cyprus, Brunei, Kenya, Germany, France, Poland, Turkey, Austria, Lithuania, Latvia and many more. For the last ten years, I have been a doorman. I have learned unique experiences such as Conflict Management, dealing with domestic situations while people are under the influence of alcohol, and in extreme cases.
• Organising, dealing with many people, and keeping them safe from each other and themselves is very rewarding. I have always felt a sense of gratitude and pride for maintaining customer safety. I was fortunate to learn new skills as follows:- 
• Understanding and respect, taking children to different countries, learning about other cultures respecting traditions and beliefs, problem-solving, doing partitions with children with language barriers and getting to understand them on their level. Whilst in security, I have worked in many establishments and locations.
