I am Ricardo Rayners, I have an extensive working resume, ranging from Customer service to Recruitment, Content Creation, Facilitation and Learning Practices. I have worked in Financial sector as well as  Community based NPO's wirh a deep passion for people and Education and self betterment.

I a professional with vast experience in Customer Care , Contact Center Management, Training and Quality Assurance.

I also have a long track record in Learning and development, from content creation, Learner onboarding, Facilitation and Academy Management 

I also founded my own NPO, service disadvantaged communities from running feeding schemes, running skills development programs, fundraising and bursary allocations and funding

I also have a keen interest in sports and wellness and hold a cricket coaching level 1 certification
