A creative and results driven senior catering professional, with over 20 years’ experience in catering operations, including restaurants, hotels, and academic educational catering in both back and front of house.  With knowledge of diverse cuisines, operational systems and food safety, I have successfully implemented new and existing concepts with a can-do attitude, an entrepreneurial approach.

I am confident in developing unique styles of food and dining, prioritising the development of people and the building of strong teams to ensure consistency, whilst retaining and growing individuals through using apprenticeships and training to improve skills and promote from within.
