With over 20 years of experience leading healthcare and technology transformation programmes across the UK, Africa, and the Middle East, I have developed deep expertise in turning strategic intent into measurable operational improvement and have the experience that aligns strongly to deliver drive data-driven business transformation and deliver tangible value for clients.

My consultancy career has included roles with Servita (Dubai), St Vincent’s Consultancy, Ideal Health Consultancy, Channel 3 Consulting, and the International Records Management Trust, delivering transformation programmes across health, government, and education sectors. In the UK, I deployed InterSystems TrakCare across four Nuffield Health sites and led the integration of low-acuity devices, improving clinical data capture and workflow efficiency. Within the NHS, I managed EPR implementations and infrastructure redesigns that achieved over £800,000 in annual savings. In Qatar, I led an Oracle (Cerner) Millennium rollout across multiple hospitals, coordinating a team of more than 200 professionals.

Across all engagements, I focus on data-driven value realization, process improvement, and executive stakeholder management, facilitating workshops, developing value roadmaps, and ensuring sustainable capability within client teams. My work has consistently delivered measurable outcomes, built trusted relationships at C-level, and supported organisations through complex digital and cultural transformation.

I am particularly drawn to this role in combining analytics, technology, and change management to unlock enterprise performance. I am available for an immediate start, hold UK residency, with full willingness to relocate if required.

A strong academic and professional foundation underpins this experience, including an MBA, a BA (Hons) in Business & Marketing, and professional qualifications such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL Foundation and the ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management. These have supported progression into senior leadership roles with accountability for enterprise-wide IM&T and informatics services. Over more than two decades, responsibility has included leading diverse multidisciplinary teams, shaping digital services and ensuring that critical systems operate safely, reliably and in line with organisational priorities.
