I live in Plymouth and have done for the last 25 years or so. I have been involved with traffic orders for the last 25 years working with many local authorities including Plymouth City Council and Devon County Council. I spent approximately 10 years working for a number of local authorities in London and the south east of England.
 

Over 25 years I have developed an extensive knowledge and experience in all procedural and legal matters relating to traffic orders, both inside London and across the UK. In addition to carrying out the general maintenance of traffic order I have carried out comprehensive reviews for Local Authorities regarding permanent and temporary traffic orders to enable full compliance with the digital traffic order requirements being stipulated by the Department for Transport. 

I have conducted full conversions to a digital framework in numerous local authorities including LB Havering,  LB Lewisham, Dorset CC and Southend CC, using the both Pakmap and Mapper. In addition I played a major role in the preparation of both Plymouth City Council and Devon County Councils TROs in their adoption of Decriminalised Parking Enforcement powers. 

I am an occasional trainer where I cover all aspects of permanent and temporary traffic orders together with all associated notices offering training on best practice for traffic order.
