I have a strong management background in which I have supervised multiple teams of both administrators and manual staff. During this time, I had mentored several individuals and helped design PDP’s that were both realistic and achievable for all of the team I worked with. 

I am a highly focused individual that will always strive to bring out the best in a team in order to deliver on the highest standards of effective communication, productivity, quality, safety, sustainability and customer satisfaction. 

I have a passion for building long term sustainable business relationships through ensuring first class service provision both internally and externally. 

I have several years’ experience with staffing rotas and peak period and project planning dealing directly with recruiters and stakeholders to ensure that staffing levels are met and maintained to fulfil customers orders and timeframes.
