I am Spiritual Life Coach/Counsellor and Energy Medicine Practitioner. I work with people 1:1 and in groups helping people with their goals, clearing blockages they have in reaching them. I try to bring complex concepts on Spirituality into bite size manageable actions in day to day life to lead a more meaningful life.
