I have 20 yrs of s/w development experience, at all levels, in public and pvt. sector of NI. I have worked as a software developer(various levels), solution/system architect, delivery lead, program manager during these years. I left my last full-time job at Liberty-IT to start my own tech services start-up in 2016. I am currently CTO of iEngageIT with experience in managing, mentoring tech teams and stakeholders, and partners successfully. I have built, grown, and retained a highly innovative, engaged, and efficient Tech team. As someone with tech experience, it helps when we 'speak' and understand the tech language. But what has helped me to retain them is the empathetic and 'humane' approach in day-to-day interactions with all team members across the spectrum. I have been effectively involved in designing and ideating scalable and secure solutions, creating technical roadmaps, budgeting, and managing clients and stakeholders at all levels I am now stepping aside and actively looking for suitable openings where I can add value.
