I am a Commercial Director with a successful track record over 20+ years in driving business growth and managing operations across a breadth of sectors. I have the proven ability to manage, motivate and lead large multi-disciplinary teams to success and deliver outcomes in line with company aims at Board level.

Throughout my career, I have always positively developed business image and reputation through delivering first rate service levels and leading teams to operate with excellence in all aspects of sales, operations and client service. I have held involvement in developing and transforming businesses, and creating frameworks to sustain and promote growth in a structured way.

Rory is a qualified, experienced corporate lawyer who has also worked in systems engineering and commercial consulting.  With his unique experience and background in complex, technical systems, Rory has has worked on some of the world's largest infrastructure and transformation projects.  He now focuses on helping technology startups transform to achieve their Series A and B funding.
