About Stuart Ellison:

I have 20 years experience leading engineering teams in heavy industries ranging from upstream oil and gas (offshore and subsea), nuclear (civil and defence), defence (vessels and weapons). Experience ranges from mechanical R&D/testing to major capital projects, to enterprise software development.

Understands challenges quickly, able to learn new skills and incorporate new information very quickly. Extremely resourceful, proven self starter able to identify activities and resources necessary, a natural problem solver, named inventor of 18 patents.

Comfortable with highest levels of accountability and autonomy. If it can be done, will get it done.

MBA, CEng

Experience

I have worked across multiple industries all of which have been capital intensive, to design, develop, test and deliver new products and technologies. This has often resulted in new patents and lots of technical risk / testing.

I have a long track record of delivering to expectations. I have been re-recruited several times by people I have worked with previously, eg to address new business challenges such as integrating acquisition businesses / technologies.
