• Spearheaded Value Driven Portfolio: Headed Global Delivery of high-impact portfolio of customer enterprise IT change programs, operations, and delivery optimisations, reporting to CFO/COO. Secured GBP 98 MM partnerships with CIO transformation offices across 25 customers in FinTech, Insurance, Retail, Pharma, Renewables.

• Directed Change & Transformations: Initiated, shaped, executed enterprise-wide tech roadmap, change and transformation, Software Engineering Best Practices, Low-Code No-Code. Launched iOs, Android and web apps for three global SAAS organisations. 

• Owned Digital Factory Program (Wipro): Architected, engineered, and aligned to meet CEO’s Business Targets, built up and led three distributed innovation labs (140 headcount), delivered next generation SaaS banking journeys for loans and mortgages, credit and debit cards, e-wallets and crypto currencies. 8% revenue uplifts. 

• Headed Software Engineering (Wipro): Restored a delayed engineering program and transformed into a novel cross-border payments system that delivered unprecedented risk-minimisation intelligence, automated payments, lowered B2B and B2B2C rates, produced 18% revenue uptake. Managed 80 distributed headcounts. 

• Modernised Enterprise Application Portfolio (Deutsche Bank): Planned, initiated, spearheaded migration to digital workplace, portfolio migration of 2,400 apps to cloud. Established low-cost pay-as-you-go data and compute pricing models, leading to €3.4M run rate cost reduction, 25% faster time-to-market.
