Veronika Korsunova

Hello!

My name is Veronika Korsunova, and I am excited to be applying to the Project Manager position at your company. I am currently a IT-Project Manager /Senior Delivery Manager at Sense Bank Ukraine, I work remotely. 

At Sense Bank, I oversaw multiple aspects of running several projects. I worked closely with the Product owner, customer to develop project schedules, ensure team members had the resources they needed to complete tasks, and coordinate communication with stakeholders on project updates.

I am particularly proud of a project completed and implemented a software development project in 134 bank branches in Ukraine. I managed a development team, some of whose people wrote the program code, tested and conducted a Demo for the Customer from bomb shelters, without the Internet and electricity, but this did not affect the deadline.

My efforts to coordinate the early feedback system during the trial period resulted in the discovery of several bugs and pain points that we fixed for launch.

We managed to reduce the customer service time to 2 minutes for currency exchange transactions.
