I have worked in hospitality for 8 years starting in a Venue and night club setting at Rock City (2017 - 2019) picking up skills in a fast paced environment, to which I was later promoted to Supervisor being responsible for staff breaks, cash handling of the start of night float and end of night count up.

I later went onto work in a cocktail bar (Revolution - 2019 - 2024) and became cross trained in both cocktail bar and restaurant staff before being promoted to team leader and trained up as a duty manager, with a KPI of fruit and equipment ordering aswell as being a key holder and doing stock counts of the day. Again I was responsible for cash handling.
