Organized and worked with Exchange 2013 infrastructure for the deployment of hybrid environments. Applied parches, services packs, and security updates. Administered Windows server’s roles and features in connection with the Exchange 2013-Office 365 hybrid environment. Created tenant account in office 365 for the business unit

 

Assigned and revoked licenses to user accounts for services within Office 365. Enabled test users to skype for business online, and tested their functionality. Enabled all licenses for skype-Teams for business and enabled policies and conferencing.

 

Managing and administer Multi Factor Authentication for OFFICE 365. Resolving tenancy technical issues and monitor Office 365 systems. Administered & Troubleshot  MFA’s with Single-Sign-On for O365. Deployed laptops/Macbook’s, iphone devices via INTUNE/AUTOPILOT. –produced my own script.

 

Management of users, computers and GPO’s in AD. Maintaining AD infrastructure, create accounts, groups GPO, etc. Designed and Implemented network design using TCP. Monitored mailbox moves using migration reporting and addressed issues with bad items and failed moves. Provided support and maintenance of Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access and Microsoft Office Outlook email, Calendaring & scheduling

Managing and administer INTUNE-AUTPILOT deployment of devices for Windows & Mac.
