Ruoyu Bu

Hi, my name is Ruoyu Bu! I just graduated from the University of Warwick with an MA in Writing. I have experience of working as a receptionist in a hotel as well as a commercial company. I am a positive and warmhearted person who would always love to meet new people and offer help to others:)

I have experience of working as a receptionist in a hotel as well as a commercial company. I also worked in many busy restaurants in the UK through temping agencies. These roles have informed my understanding of FOH work, and given me many of the skills which are required for these types of roles. I learned the basic skills, as well as a more developed ability to resolve issues and maintain efficiency when working with customers.

I have a Bachelors degree in Chinese Language and Literature from Anhui University and an MA in Writing from The University of Warwick, which I achieved with a distinction.

My fluent knowledge of both Chinese and English comes in very handy when dealing with both local and international clients, as both languages are widely spoken. My communication skills have been enhanced significantly through my studies of both literature and literary practice, which allows me to always put my best foot forward when interacting with clients and customers.
