I recently completed my master's degree in fashion management and in my dissertation, I researched about international collaboration and partnerships for handicraft brands. A key focus is on delivering exceptional customer service through product knowledge, personalized assistance, and conflict resolution. I contribute to maintaining product presentation standards and in-store signage coordination. In essence, my role is to enhance the visual appeal for customer experience, embody the brands, and ensure the store's overall success.
