ministrative Assistant (Part time) - The Doctors Laboratory November 2022 – Present The Doctors Laboratory is a medically led laboratory with a reputation for excellence in providing quality accredited pathology services to the UK and worldwide. • Perform routine preparation and tests, accurately and efficiently under the supervision of a qualified BMS. Bring any unusual test requests or results to the attention of the appropriate member of staff. • To enter patient requests into the pathology computer: clerical and technical tasks by sample handling procedures. • To interrogate the LIMS (WINPATH) and provide an appropriate response to queries. • Undertake routine maintenance of Robotic Pre analytical equipment in use under supervision. • To perform stock-take and inform the section leader if stocks are running low. • To take an active role in the referral of samples to third-party laboratories where required. IT Support Technician (3 Month Contract) - Lee & Associates August 2022 – October 2022 Lee & Associates is an Accounting Firm with 300+ clients and 35+ employees. • To provide first-line desktop support and work with other members of the team as required. • Diagnosis of desktop, application, networking, and infrastructure issues. • Customized 365 CRM to enable CRM for Mobile offline mode with required data sync rules. • Data migration from one organization to another organization using Data Migration Tool. • Configured Dynamics CRM for mobile experience on iPhone and Android apps. • Installation and support of telecommunication equipment. • Maintaining a log of all problems detected and system backups. • To administer and maintain the multiple backup systems and test them once a week.  

ront End Developer (Intern) – GO Future Education (China UK Gateway LTD) September 2021 – July 2022 Go Future Education is a Travel service provider for the education and business sectors in China and UK. As the Front End Developer, my core activities included: Application Development: • Played a role in designing and deploying 5 scalable applications via JavaScript, CSS and HTML in a multi-tiered environment. • Involved in Analyzing Website Requirements, Specification, Design and implementation of application using Agile (Scrum) methodology. • Gained an understanding of building web applications and intuitive user interfaces using JavaScript, Angular and Typescript. • Create/Debug 365 CRM web resource for customer/test scenarios using HTML, CSS & JavaScript. Code Improvement & Review: • Assisted with 10-15 support requests/week including content updates, additions, styling changes, and front-end code fixes. • Reviewed & revised JavaScript source code as per well-defined requirements while participating in 3-5 code reviews/week. Production & Implementation: • Supported setting up of production environments spanning application servers & database structures for 7 applications. • Aided the Development team of 3 in implementation of applications across testing phases for the production environment
