Multi Skilled Supervisor at a Covid-19 Testing Facility

Work as an integral part of a small professional team of agents tasked with guiding the public through administering a PCR self test. Dealing with hundreds of service users on a daily basis in a professional and friendly manner while adhering to strict Covid-19 safety practices. Booked users onto the sight using in-house security software and filling out the required paperwork accurately and to a high standard. Adopted a supervisory role when my half of the team is in the testing area due to previous life and professional experience. Maintaining facility cleanliness by regularly deep cleaning the facilities after each use. Maintaining stock levels for all cleaning and testing products as lead ‘touch points’ operative.

• Became lead touch points operative within four weeks of starting due to work ethic and high standard of work. 
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and Covid-19 control measures noticed and complimented on by area managers from other sites.
• Entrusted with leading a small number of the team independently when inside the testing area.
