I have a passion for sports and have spent years honing my  skills to be able to share my knowledge. I have a master's in Sport Biomechanics and Rehabilitation which looks at the physics behind sports as well as handling sports injuries. I have more than 3 years of background as an athlete and coach in swimming, basketball and roller/online skating from all ages , to begnner and advanced. I have also 8 years experience as sports massage and therapy.

During my job as a sports coach, I had to:

1. Design and implement a multi level classes for students age 5 to 65 years old.
2. Conduct group classes and well as one-on-one training session. Use different approaches to individual's  learning style. 
3. Ensure safety of all my students during the session.
