Currently serving as an IT Support Specialist, I bring a comprehensive skill set in technical support, managing hardware, software, and network issues. My expertise lies in workstation and server configuration, domain creation, and leading projects for hybrid servers and cloud-based solutions. I am proficient in administering the Microsoft 365 environment and leveraging cloud services for enhanced productivity. My responsibilities also include training users on new systems and technologies, managing IT inventory, conducting IT audits, and developing documentation to facilitate continuous learning. Additionally, I consult clients to enhance sales and customer satisfaction, chiefly in the Primary Education sector.

Previously, I served as the Logistics Coordinator & Technical Support Team Leader, where I managed the logistics and technical support team to enhance efficiency and productivity. I was responsible for resolving hardware and software issues, coordinating the supply chain process, and addressing customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Prior to that, I was a Repair & Assembly Technician. My role involved conducting maintenance and repairs on workstations and servers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, inspecting and logging IT equipment, assembling workstations and servers, and providing hardware upgrade recommendations.

With a demonstrated history of working in the IT and logistics sectors, I possess a strong technical background and a customer-focused approach, which makes me well-equipped to handle a wide range of challenges in the IT domain.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Film Studies from Lancaster University, earned from 2013 to 2016. This foundational educational experience equipped me with critical thinking, communication, and analytical skills that have been valuable in my professional journey.

In addition to my formal education, I have obtained several certifications that demonstrate my commitment to continuous learning and professional development. I am certified in Azure AZ-900 and Azure AI-900, which underscores my proficiency in cloud services and artificial intelligence concepts. Additionally, I have earned the TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Awareness of Mental Health Problems (RQF), which demonstrates my understanding and awareness of mental health issues, an essential skill in today's work environment.

Currently, I am working towards the Azure AZ-104 certification, with an estimated completion date of September 23rd. This certification will further solidify my expertise in managing and configuring Azure services.
