Experience

I started my career with a background in the legal sector in secretarial roles which I very much enjoyed. 
 

After having my children, I worked as a supervisor in a children’s play cafe where I gained 6 years experience in managing a team and building relationships with customers.  I developed a passion for great customer service and always delivering excellent service and products. 
 

My current role has expanded on my customer service skills, within the drinks industry.  I thrive on managing a heavy workload, meeting deadlines and going above and beyond for customers and colleagues.  

Education

I have a diploma in Business Administration at Lowestoft College which has provided me with a lot of the skills and knowledge needed in an office environment, including delivering great customer service.
