Property Management

We own 3 houses where we have renovated and documented our journey online. I manage our own property's as-well as managing family, friends & clients rentals. This entails finding tenants, doing the legal yearly checks, paperwork, maintenance of the property's and much more. We are in the process of putting together self help guide on all things property related for our clients.

Content Creator – 2017 – Present

I had a passion for beauty and sharing reviews, when brands started approaching me so I built my own brand “I am Saffron Baker”. I have been lucky enough to work with some amazing brands who have paid me to create content, some buying the usage rights for images to be used in advertising. I have been the face of a local salon (pre covid). I have created sponsored content across all channels, have had sponsored and gifted work in exchange for holidays, day trips and experiences. I have written sponsored posts for beauty websites, attended events where I have worked with the brands face to face. I have a successful website with over 2.6k views each month and 1.8k visitors with an email list of over 1.5k

Press On Nail Business – Part Time 2020 – Present

I qualified as a Nail tech February 2020. The pandemic hit and I had to think outside of the box so built up a home business making and selling customised press on nails. I built this business while home schooling my children and now we are making high numbers of sets each week. Marketing, social media and my communications skills have helped massively in achieving these orders and having repeat customers. I do this part time as it’s a great creative outlet for me.

Market Research – On going

I have been involved with market research since I was a child and love giving my creative input to brands. I have worked with big household names on many occasions such as Tesco, Morrison’s, Sainsbury's, ASDA, Kellogg’s, Nestle, Heinz, Warburton’s, TK Max, Seven Trent, TUI Holiday, Just Eat, Dominos, IKEA, Boots, Argos, Wii, PlayStation and many more. This is something I am hugely passionate about and love to have a creative contribution, putting forward ideas that could be used on advertising campaigns. Having been involved for so many years thinking outside of the box and marketing strategies comes easily to me. This often involves me giving creative ideas and input for upcoming marketing strategies, trying new products not already on the market and seeing content that isn’t available to the public yet so NDAs are oftern signed for brands protection.
