About Saffron Cowper:

I’m currently near the end of my Sport and Exercise Nutrition masters degree. Following this degree,  I aspire to be a sport/performance nutritionist and help within various sports throughout my career.

Experience

My past work experiences within a health and fitness setting are working along side a PT in my sixth form years, and my current work placement, providing nutritional guidance to staff and students at my University who take part in strength training programs at Active Hud. I unfortunately couldn’t get experience working with athletes during my work experience.

Education

I achieved a first class degree in my sport, exercise and nutrition Bsc (hons) at the University of Huddersfield. I am currently near to completing my masters degree within Sport and exercise nutrition at the University of Huddersfield.
