Zara: April 2021- November 2021

• Ensured quality customer service throughout the shift
• Re-arranged store collections based on season and colours, to increase sales

The Perfume Shop: July 2019- June 2020

• Recommended and assisted customers in finding the right perfume for themselves or others based on their preferences 
• Trained new starters/Christmas temps up to the expected level of service, ensuring they were comfortable and happy with their responsibilities 
• Cashing up and locking up experience
• Kept the shop presentable by vacuuming, polishing and neatening displays

Ellenor’s Lions Hospice: September 2017- March 2018 (Care Certificate)
