3.Managing the BIM process and workflows to ensure they are effective and efficient.

 4.Coordinating and collaborating with other project stakeholders, such as architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. 

5.Developing and maintaining BIM models and data throughout the project lifecycle. 

6.Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of BIM models and data. 

7.Managing the exchange and integration of BIM data between project stakeholders.

 8.Facilitating clash detection and coordination of BIM models. 

9.Providing BIM training and support to project stakeholders. 

10.Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices for BIM
