I have over 10 years experience working in the Events industry - working across  different areas and venues including educational facilities, conference and wedding venues, hotels and external caterers. 

 

PROJECT COORDINATOR | YTKO 

MARCH 2022 - PRESENT

  • Event Coordinator from March 2022, progressing to Project Coordinator in May 2023
  • Day-to-day management and running of multiple projects.
  • Managing events and training calendars across multiple projects. In charge of finding, booking, and promoting all events alongside arranging delivery and running of the events as well as attendees.
  • Organising events and training activities including workshops, networking events, conferences, and large expos.
  • Logistics of equipment hire and transportation including working with off-site event operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of events and training. 
  • General administration including invoices, office management and project reporting.

  • Booking, coordinating and managing private events bookings such as conferences, drink receptions, and networking events.

  • Working on logistics of equipment hire, movement and set up of allocated private events. 
  • Working closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth operations and event management for our clients.
  • Extensive use of all in-house operational systems including Opera booking and management system.

EVENT MANAGER | BERRY BLUE CATERING 

MARCH 2018 – NOVEMBER 2018

  • Organising and running of external marketing events, including wedding fayres and marketing photoshoots.
  • Working with outside contractors where necessary as well as the management of our venues we work very closely with to ensure smooth operations for our clients.
  • Running events and weddings.
  • Management of key venues. 
  • Arranging all logistics for all weddings and events, running all weddings, and managing the accounts for the venue.
