I have just completed my first year in Btech Business Studies and information technology and am accepted to pass with distinction always intending to have a career in business. I have completed modules in marketing and retail which have a further increase my passion to carry out a work experience in this field.

I have taken every opportunity to undertake work experience where possible to learn the skill of providing a high-quality service within an organisation. Through this experience I have learnt understanding the values of the organisation you represent are very important, to ensure a positive and friendly experience for customers as well as supporting your peers and working as part of a team. I am keen and eager to utilise the skills I have acquired and further develop my skills in a more permanent position in retail. In addition, my voluntary work has increased my resilience and ability to mix with people from all walks of life.
