  • Completion of import and export documentation on ASM Sequoia, and previously, Descartes eCustoms. 
  • Linking of customs documentation to various port inventories using Pentant, Destin8 and CNS.
  • Responsible for several key accounts and act as their first point of contact.
  • Played a big role in the ongoing migration from CHIEF to CDS including researching the trade tariff, trialing entries and training staff.
  • Support colleagues with escalated queries both in the day and at night as part of the support team
  • Carry out internal audits on documentation, and rectify any errors by writing into customs

  • Maintained database of all imported medicines arriving in the UK, and ensured import certificates were complete, accurate and stored correctly for upcoming audits and for the import of controlled medicine
  • Responded to confidential medical enquiries from health care professionals and patients with the aid of the Summary of Product Characteristics, stability data and medical colleagues 
  • Completed reports in response to adverse events. 
  • Performed detailed reviews of the monthly reconciliation of all enquiries received by a third-party agency
