With University work focusing on improving the quality of life of carers, participants of urban travel and users of smart technology. Educated in analysing real-world problems using a range of creative problem-solving techniques whilst possessing key practical fundamentals through experience as a design engineer, culminating in an empirical outlook on design solutions. Ideating with sketching, surface modelling and a range of digital design softwares to illustrate concepts through photorealistic renders. I am excited to tackle new problem areas and evolve within a fast moving design environment. 

MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER - Kentec Electronics

• Developed, prototyped and launched flagship fire safety products using Autodesk Inventor and Solidworks, utilising sheet metal, plastic and electronics design.  
• Rendered marketing images and animations using Keyshot and Photoshop.
• Designed UI graphics for the touchscreen of a flagship fire panel using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Produced detailed engineering drawings to assist with product manufacture. 
• Created artworks and illustrations for product fascias and manuals using Adobe Illustrator.
• Lead design reviews for developing projects, analysing against product specifications, reviewing affordability and ease of manufacture.

DESIGN ENGINEER - Advanced Tooling Systems UK

• Designed and rendered cockpit simulators for BAE Systems with Solidworks.
• Managed & assisted the construction of aircraft interior mockups and flight crew training apparatus. 
• Assisted in the management and testing of automated wrapping and glueing tools for the automotive industry.
• Utilised CATIA V5 and a detailed colour-finish specification to produce prototype first-class seats.
• Designed pneumatic wrapping machines, bladder tools & checking fixtures using surface modelling.
• Produced prototype mockup cabin social spaces for the Virgin Atlantic aircraft with Solidworks.
• Lead the design and manufacture of a virtual reality expo show stand for AIM Altitude.
