• Played a key role in delivering world class customer service practices, undertaking end to end cashier duties as well as cross selling bank products.

• Played a key role in managing a social media account as well as content creation.  

3. Intern, Ghana Employers’ Association, Nov 2020 – Feb 2021 

• Here I assisted with drafting of national policies and proposals for funds to sensitize employers on issues at the workplace. 

4. National Service Personnel, Data Protection Commission, Sep 2018 – Aug 2019 

• As a national service personnel, my responsibilities revolved around various departments as I was rotated to assist different units. My responsibilities included receiving clients at the front desk, issuing Data Protection certificates, handling correspondents and registration of institutions with the Data Protection Commission.    

5. Mobilizer, Kasapreko, July 2017 – Nov 2017 

• Championed a group of highly inspired youngers to raise awareness on some products of Kasapreko.  

6. Campaigner, Activate Africa, March 2017 – June 2017

• Tasked with raising awareness on accelerating growth of communities that encourage a culture of contribution in Africa.
