I have had a successful career focused mainly on sales support and operational management in various industries. Responsible for the modernisation of the platform by reviewing systems, tools and process management along with improvement, implementation and drive adaption of Skynet page

• Member of the social event club, help organizing weekly company socials and quarterly team socials
• Owner of the weekly newsletter blog, updates on new process and keeping all stakeholders informed via Skynet page
• First point of contact and coordinator on the process for big merchants going live and responsible for the life cycle • Built the teams Skynet page where all docs, processes, forms and videos are stored
• Coordinate the Deal Weekly review project alongside with colleagues to help bring better deals to the platform
• CRM experience ie: Salesforce; using salesforce for finance reporting, taxonomy, account allocation
• Working closely with the Marketing team and making sure the Post campaign is reviewed with the sales team
