Hello, my name is Sara Aragao and I am a Portuguese citizen who has been living in London for the past 24 years. I have had a successful career focused mainly on sales support and operational management in various industries. I have extensive experience in working directly with all stakeholders to collect and share information with the business, as well as working on process projects to help ensure a company's continued success.

Sales Operations Manager for EMEA in London from 2018 to 2023:

Responsible for the modernisation of the platform by reviewing systems, tools and process management along with improvement, implementation and drive adaption of Skynet page 

• Drive performance and supply by reviewing pipeline and sales funnel insights and management (Tableau), providing reporting for Sales and Strategic insights (WBR ) sharing this with all EMEA countries 

• Process alignment and optimization with the sales team by training and create new documents, liaising with Marketing org on sharing communication, removing distractions by creating templates on Yesware for the sale team to use and reduce admin tasks 

• Maximizing sales support and merchant support usage by creating and training a team to support the sales team, collecting, reviewing docs and SOP to ensure SSC support work is efficient. 

• Project managed the National sales support team project and managed it by myself • First point of contact for communication and engagement of teams, finding specialized staff members on subjects and make them ambassadors and put them forward for representation and development. Sharing internal content and information 

• Member of the social event club, help organizing weekly company socials and quarterly team socials 

• Owner of the weekly newsletter blog, updates on new process and keeping all stakeholders informed via Skynet page 

• First point of contact and coordinator on the process for big merchants going live and responsible for the life cycle • Built the teams Skynet page where all docs, processes, forms and videos are stored 

• Coordinate the Deal Weekly review project alongside with colleagues to help bring better deals to the platform 

• CRM experience ie: Salesforce; using salesforce for finance reporting, taxonomy, account allocation 

• Working closely with the Marketing team and making sure the Post campaign is reviewed with the sales team
